Making a purchase
could not be easier. As you browse through our catalogue click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart if you are requiring to pay through Paypal.

Other than Paypal we do accept card payment through Visa, Mastercard, Switch, and Solo. You can either enter your details during the checkout procedure or call us on 0845 1300 370 and we'll take your details over the phone, alternatively you can send a cheque payable to Eastern Entertainment Services Ltd. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Should the item you order be out of stock we will contact you and give you an estimated date of delivery - and giving you the option of either waiting or cancelling the order.

Shipping And Handling
All of our packages are shipped using an insured delivery service and will require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Schedule
We will endevour to process and despatch your order as quickly as possible. Where possible we will despatch within 24 hours of the receipt of cleared payment. Where a delay of more than one week from the date of order is expected we will contact you with details of the expected date of despatch and offer the option of cancelling the order.

We do not ship goods internationally.

Back Orders
Where we expect a despatch delay of more than one week from the date of order you will always be offered the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices shown include VAT at the UK standard rate.
